All In the Family

The dynamics of family systems operate not only in our families of origin, but in our congregations, ajudicatories, and communities as well, often creating interlocking systems that enmesh us in patterns that are restrictive and even destructive.  Once understood, however, these same dynamics can become pathways to the freedom of individuation for us in our lives and ministries. Through a series of guided exercises, reflections, and explorations, you will discover the repeating and interwoven patterns and dynamics of the many systems of which you are a part, and become more aware of your role in each system, and of the options open to you by which you may choose either to erinforce the present pattern or to initiate a change in the system.
